Cheating BF：A Gay NTR Visual Novel

Cheating BF is an 18+ gay / BL NTR visual novel about desire, betrayal, and the dangerous little thoughts you are not supposed to admit.
You play as Ryan, a college volleyball athlete who thinks he knows his boyfriend better than anyone. Eli is sweet, loyal, soft-spoken... at least on the surface. Then Derek appears: confident, physical, shamelessly charming, and far too good at getting under people’s skin.
Chapter 1 begins with a surprise. A locked door. A voice on the other side. And three thoughts fighting inside Ryan’s head:
Kick the door open.
Stay quiet and listen.
Admit that some part of you wants to know more.
This is the Chapter 1 demo of Cheating BF. It introduces the main relationship, the first betrayal, and the inner-choice system that will shape the full game’s routes.

Characters:
Ryan
The protagonist. Tall, athletic, proud, and used to being in control. When his relationship starts falling apart, he has to face a question he hates: does he want to stop it, or does he want to see how far it goes?
Eli
Ryan’s boyfriend. Cute, gentle, affectionate, and much more complicated than he first appears. He wants to be loved, protected, and possessed, but not always in the way Ryan expects.
Derek
Ryan’s friend, rival, and the kind of guy who can turn a room in his favor without trying. He says he is just playing around. Ryan is not sure he believes him.

Right now this is just Chapter 1 — I released it mainly to see how many people are actually interested in this kind of theme (Gay NTR) and the current art style. If the interest is there, I’ll continue releasing the following chapters gradually.
When I start releasing the full chapters later, they will also be voluntary support only — no mandatory payment. Everyone will still be able to play the new chapters for free, and any support is completely optional.
I’d also really love to hear everyone’s suggestions and opinions about the story direction, characters (especially Eli), and what kind of routes or scenes you’d like to see. Your feedback helps a lot!

Regarding your implication that Derek might be two-faced, I've been thinking that Derek might be the bottom.
Then I suddenly wondered if Derek and Eli were both acting. For example, Eli might be the mastermind, and the original plan was to introduce some stimulation, with Derek cooperating (one possible outcome is that Eli is genuinely attracted to Derek, and another is that Eli is so determined that Derek has no chance). Or, for example, Derek might be the mastermind, but his real target is Ryan, and one possibility is that he ends up with Eli, another is Eli is eliminated.
As far as the demo is concerned, the animation is the highlight, and the character designs are quite unique, seemingly without any substitutes yet.
However, Derek's pants are indeed quite flat, and Ryan sees something strange about Derek's lower back when looking through frosted glass. Also, Derek seems prone to tripping when he lifts his foot in the bathroom without leaning against the wall; I wonder if these issues will be addressed in future updates.
you should make a Eli route too. being the cheater know your being watched put on a show

An Eli route with that kind of scene (the cheater knowing they’re being watched and putting on a show) is actually a really good idea. I like the direction you’re thinking in.
Right now I’m still focusing on the main story and Ryan’s perspective in the early chapters, but I do plan to expand more character routes later. Your idea could work really well as DLC or additional content in the future.
I’m also thinking about introducing more characters and adding some contrast/reversal elements as the story progresses. For example, Derek might not be as dominant or “S” as he appears on the surface — he could have some hidden secrets or a different side to him. Do you enjoy this kind of contrast-style NTR? I’d love to hear your thoughts on it.

To balance different players’ tastes, I’m planning to introduce quite a few new characters later in the game. That way everyone can find the dynamics they enjoy most.
At the same time, while planning those new characters, I’ve noticed that in real life a lot of guys who start out as “pure S” gradually become more like “pseudo S” over time — even slowly exploring their M side. So I’m seriously considering whether Derek could have that kind of layered arc: a slow, natural, gradual process where he shifts from being completely dominant toward discovering more submissive tendencies (definitely not a sudden 180° change).

From a personal perspective, I hope that when experiencing Derek's storyline, I won't see him as the bottom, so branching storylines might be a better way to control the narrative. For example, in branch one, Derek could go from S to M, while in branch two, Derek could always be S.
